01_kafka_inject: Clone and tag lab assets #5

Section 5 has student clone someone's personal git training repo.

This person's git repo needs to be cloned and then tagged in our gpe-mw-training organization. The lab instructions then need to:

1) reference the specific tag when they clone 2) elaborate on the contents of the lab assets.

Turns out the rendering of this lab that our lab assistants and students see is out of date in opentlc.com/rhte. Appears that in the last source of this lab, the lab assets are now in gpe-mw-training.

Still need elaboration on the contents of the assets specific to this lab. This is being done (to some degree) in lab 2 of this course.
