OpenShift console URL not provided in Lab 1 instructions.

Students run this lab in oc cluster up. Section 3.1, Step 5 shows the step to obtain the Openshift URL.

That is not sufficient. It requires the student to go through the command line first. We should provide the Openshift URL in the initial instructions, e.g. clientvm.GUID.openshift.opentlc.com:
