02_spark_analyse_historical_Lab: Limits and requests should be defined in DCs of template #52

Section 3.3.4 (where the student adds limits and requests to Oshinko DCs) should not be needed. This is not a learning objective of the lab. Subsequently, this should already be preset in the template provided to the student.
