@dmarcus-wire @hemang-rh Will one of you review this and verify that most of the RHODS RHOAI demo still works after the rename. :+1:

I'm impatient and will probably merge this in a few days.

YOLO - Merging PR since it's a refactor. We can fix bugs with smaller PRs. Feel free to be ambitious. You have access to create branches and PRs.

Please test a RHOAI deployment using the README.md
