Changes all instances of 'openshiftnodes' to simply 'nodes'

This was generally overlooked when re-purposing the repo, and certainly when I changed to using the vm spinup role -- so I have gone back and changed it up herein to reference only "nodes" -- as it's more generic, and it works with the generated inventories from the spinup role.
