Updated vDPA CNI to read MAC/IP from a new config file and populate
the results field with the data, which is returned to Multus.
Multus already populates a Network-Status field in the
pod annotations with the returned MAC and IP. Pod annotation is
passed to container through Downward API.
Updated httpd-init-container to retrieve the IP and MAC from the
pod annotation through an existing API of the app-netutil.
httpd-init-container passes the IP and MAC to httpd through config
files.
Updated all the sample network-attachment-definitions to pass the
IP and MAC to the vDPA CNI through a new field, "hostNic", which
is a reference to the file containing the data.
Updated httpd-init-container to include ",queues=1,queue_size=1024"
on DPDK vdev parameter.
