overcloud node import in tripleo-overcloud plugin failed when '--vbmc-host hypervisor' is used on RHEL8 hypervisor. #414

overcloud node import in tripleo-overcloud plugin failed when '--vbmc-host hypervisor' is used on RHEL8 hypervisor. The communication with ipmilan to vbmc succeeded from hypervisor to vbmc on hypervisor. However, it failed from undercloud on hypervisor to vbmc hypervisor. It looks that we need to additional firewall rule for RHEL8 system.

I found that the issue is environment specific. So, I close this issue
