Create Failed Authorization Failed. #315

Hi every body, I used the below command:

openstack stack create --timeout 180 \
-e openshift_parameters.yaml \
-t openshift-on-openstack/openshift.yaml my-openshift

But, after some second I get this output : "Create Failed Authorization Failed.". please help me to understand what is my problem? Thanks in advanced.
