The imageContentSources is being deprecated in the openshift-installer and imageDigestSources is replacing it.
Allow the use of imageDigestSources when the disconnected registry is created in 4.14 and above.

well it does not seems to be much progress to add imageDigestSources in 4.14, looks like in in 4.14 customers can either use ICSP or IDMS (not both) and deprecation of ICSP will be in 4.15
