Description

Added KubeletConfig as part of post-install tasks. Increased hostPrefix to allow higher pod densities by default. Updated docs to show how to use new task tags.

Tested with various installs in ScaleLab cloud27 and cloud19.

Test Configuration:

• Versions: OCP 4.12, 4.13
• Hardware: r650s

Some lingering changes from previous cloud27. Tested again with cloud19 today. Would like to go ahead and merge back to main.
