PerfLab OpenShift and Operators deployment #768

Description

  1. Add OCP installation using Jetlag BYOL installation
  2. Add OCP operators installation LSO, ODF and CNV Nightly
  3. Add bare metal class to handle all operation and exceptions for On-premise and IBM Cloud servers
  4. Add Jenkinsfile for Openshift and Operators deployment
  5. Add disk maxSize: 1250Ti for choosing only SSD disks in IBM cloud or in PerfLab

TO-DO after benchmark-runner packaging:

For security reasons, all pull requests need to be approved first before running any automated CI
