Update bare metal name and delete benchmark-runner image before deployment #770

Description

  1. Update bm to bare_metal
  2. Delete any benchmark-runner image if exist before running deployment
  3. Chown root provision_private_key file to jenkins user

For security reasons, all pull requests need to be approved first before running any automated CI
