Why not submit this as a contrib project to pbench upstream? #1

Is there some reason why this needs to be in a private repo and not added as a contrib project to the upstream pbench repo?

@portante I am thinking we should move this project under the openshift-scale org since it is maintained by us. We also have an active project to extend it with a prometheus metrics scraper. @sjug any thoughts here on migrating it over?
