If a node fails for example an infra node, once we correctly re-provision the node (Or maybe the mco does for us), we will be missing the post install tooling. We should have a playbook to handle and retool the new node. Alternatively as we alleviate more requirements for tooling this issue would be solved as well. cc @chaitanyaenr
