Add initial cucumber test support to AsciiBinder #81

@Fryguy / @bexelbie / interested Rubyists with some time to kill - please review.

This testing is written to enable a general OO-ifiying refactor of AsciiBinder while still ensuring that the program does what we expect it to do. It is not complete, but I'd like to merge this as the basis for more extensive testing once the OO refactoring is done.
