I was unable to reproduce this problem on localhost environment, so problem is probably somewhere in production server or mailgun.

unfortunately no... the entire thing is stuck at our sys ops as we need them to setup proper MX records for our domain... which seems to be complicated. So far "soon" is the best I can promise.
Still not working
We've tried registration both with @fit.cvut.cz and @redhat.com addresses and the confirmation e-mail was not received.
