Filter show only bc/mgr thesis #67

Currently, it is not possible to easily show only bc themes.

Yes, I know about that. Unfortunately, hibernate (framework we use for persistence) currently does not support filtering by enumeration in many-to-many association. In other words, this cannot be easily fixed at the moment.
