unable to install on Mac OSX 10.9 #707

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open transgui-5.0.dmg
2.click transgui.pkg file to install
3.error pops up "transgui.pkg" can't be opened because it is from an 
unidentified developer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to install the new version, instead i was unable to install it

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
currently have version 4.1 installed on OSX 10.9. It was installed prior to 
updating to OSX 10.9

Please provide any additional information below.

Change OS X security settings to allow installation of untrusted packages.
