connection refused #719

After having my NAS unit reconfigured after having issues after the router was 
rebooted. Transmission remote gui will not connect. Giving me a connection 
refused message. I am using gui 4.1. Any assistance please.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

It is not transgui issue. Ask for assistance on the forum about your NAS.
