Save as field should be removed in add dialog for magnet link #725

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open magnet link
2.Dialog opened
3. Field Save as will be ignored since there is no directory information in 
magmet link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No Save as field

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.0 Windows 8.1
