What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start TR
2. Maximize the window
3. close and restart a few times.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect to have it stay at fullscreen. instead it opens normal size and behind
taskbar and off to side of the screen.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
happening since v4 and still happening in 5.0.1
