partial folder download gets messed up by setting priority for files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load a torrent with multiple folders
2. uncheck all files and folders. then check a couple files in each folders
3. set priority for download on each folder (not file)

What is the expected output? 
expect to keep the right episodes checked and others unchecked

What do you see instead?
all files/folders you set a priority on get checked for download eventho some 
were unchecked

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.0.1 on win 7

a better title would be "checked files/folders gets messed up by setting 
priority for folders"

it's not just torrents with multiple folder, also happens with a torrent with 
just 1 folder. setting the priority on the folder the other files in it also 
get checked back on.
