Textecho for every Char by Textinput #817

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Double Chars on every Textinput (new Filespace, renameing and so on+++-...)
2.for Newfilename apears NNeewwffiilleennaammee
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
only one char

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mint 17 Cinnamon
Toshiba Laptop Satellite C660-14W
German UTF 8

Please provide any additional information below.
This problem is only on transmission-remote-gui. It don't show up on any other 
app

Sorry I forgot the Version Numbers...

transmission-remote-gui 5.0.1
Transmission 2.82 (14160) on Ubuntu 12.04
