Tested okay in FF

Upload icon does not show up on FF 21.0 on Ubuntu. Works with chromium (which in turn does not show checkbox for tasks). Installed plugins on fresh ep: ep_email_notifications, ep_etherpad-lite, ep_fileupload, ep_offline_edit, ep_print, ep_tasklist, ep_adminpads, ep_linkify, ep_speechinput, ep_themes, ep_rtc
