Sileno City does not start #5

Hello,

I have already sent an info to "neuhaus" yesterday but I am a little unsure if it was the right place. Therefore, here again my request. This week I have my mower back in operation and also immediately installed the software updates offered by Gardena. But now I can no longer start the mower via the Homekit app. Is there anything you can do about it? I received help last year. At that time it was about the mowing time. Maybe there is an uncomplicated solution in the current case too? Best regards Siggi

I have the same issue. The mower is shown in Homekit but i can´t start them
