This PR completes the batch "offline" recsys stage for the Redis/NVIDIA/Merlin blog assets.
FYI I left some TBD's in the top level README for this branch/stage because I want us to get all of the assets done before we commit to the structure and language we want to use there.... the story to tell.
Thanks for the review! I ran this on AWS EC2 with NVIDIA T4 and Driver installed (one of the NVIDIA AMI's from the marketplace)
