remove references to dialect 5 #410

the decision was made to not release dialect 5. the functionality that was in dialect 5 has been folded into dialect 2.

Hi @joeywhelan . This change is a surprise to me. I was not informed that DIALECT 5 didn't make it into 2.10.x. That said, a colleague of mine, @andy-stark-redis, has recently made some DIALECT-related changes while I was out on PTO, so I need to look at those changes and then figure out how to merge this PR. It may be easier for me to create a new PR with all the required changes; in which case, I'll close this one.
