Rewrite and restructure vector reference docs

This PR introduces a number of updates to the overall tone and content of the vector reference documentation under advanced-concpets/vectors

• Tables used when possible
• Query syntax outlined
• Additional linking to other important artifacts and documentation assets
• Improved word economy and clear explanations

@tylerhutcherson There are still some "TODO" statements in the text, so I gather this PR isn't finished yet? Apart from those, I still want to do a pretty thorough copy-edit of the entire document. Let me know when the PR is final and I'll review again.

Correct it's still a draft PR, awaiting some input from key product stakeholders before I can finalize it. Thanks for all of the initial feedback -- super helpful.
