Main goal: provide listing for starred repo, using local db storage to hold the data.

[ ] Provide listing for user's starred repo
[ ] Show last commit, and last release
[ ] Can update periodically (probably will check update each first run, and will check again after N interval)
[ ] Show notification when the repo has new release.

any other ideas?

@wayanjimmy nice, seems we can solve that with data model like this:

<label_name>: [<repo_id1>, <repo_id2>, ..., <repo_idN>]
