This is just the I2P of redlib.catsarch.com

As a sidenote http://redlib.catsarchywsyuss6jdxlypsw5dc7owd5u5tr6bujxb7o6xw2hipqehyd.onion is also just an onion of redlib.catsarch.com, I see some other instances have a note about being an onion of an existing clearnet instance
