Update main-docker.yml (digests) #238

Updated digest name on download (as per 1187084). Based on https://github.com/redlib-org/redlib/issues/229#issuecomment-2354001787

Unsure if this will work as the matrix covers the above job and not the digests job. Not an expert in docker compose files.
