Summary

This PR adds a Smarti-QueryBuilder for google custom search

I tested this and review in the Chat PR: https://github.com/assistify/Rocket.Chat/pull/571 Everything seems to work from a technical point of view but it has a lack of quality due to the generated tokens from Smarti.
