Show the current remote address in error_filter_rules_have_to_include_admin_ip #2

This change adds the remote address to the error message error_filter_rules_have_to_include_admin_ip.

Suppose that an admin who does not remember their IP address encountered the error. The admin has to find out his IP address somehow. It is very helpful if the error message includes the remote address.
