To support a custom ssh port in repository access link #767

If a default SSH/Gitolite server port is changed, then repository access link must have a custom ssh port number.

Gitolite SSH Configuration -> SSH/Gitolite server port : 12345

Repository access link should be: ssh://git_user@host:12345/path_to_repo.git
