Https hook #799

Some users unable to push.

remote: FATAL: W refs/heads/master business/sleeveup/main5 redmine_baba_78 DENIED by fallthru
remote: error: hook declined to update refs/heads/master

It works for some other users.

I'm a lightweight user, but IMHO this could be a gitolite configuration problem, but I'm not an expert. I'd suggest to check gitolite config, and what kind of changes are not being pushed.
