[x] Fix #149 Too Many Open Files
[x] Fix #150 ZeroMQ ConnectionError
- ZeroMQ init already needs to be parallelized, this was not the case
[x] display profit version with each command
[x] improve/fix parallel: all option for the LocalRunner
