there is HLC and NIA within the package #4

HLC and NIA is the same, NIA is the new norm, so may want to remove HLC as if you include both on a server it will pull errors.

I have commented out HLC in traders and install instructions but leaving it up just in case people still use the outdated mod. Even if they load it up it shouldn't be an issue now. cheers
