Support endToEnd in v2 #113

Are there plans to add support for end-to-end monitoring in v2?

Hi, end-to-.end support is already in master (no semver release for it created though). I think I have to improve / fix a few more things before it's ready to be produced, but I'm short on time maintaining all my projects in my free time after work at the moment.
