Connectors dashboard #6

Add a dashboard for self-hosted managed connectors, based on the cloud connectors dashboard: https://github.com/redpanda-data/connectors/blob/main/metrics/connectors_dashboard.json.

I believe this issue should be closed with the addition of this dashboard.
