Noticed that we don't have an explicit setup of pandaproxy (with or without tls) in the templates. There's an empty stanza for pandaproxy in there, but I think we need to have this filled out more so someone doesn't have to mess with the JSONDATA work around.
Additionally, there's no explicit tls setup for pandaproxy, so that's something we need to allow wiring up as well.
