The command-line menu is better for most users, while single commands with flags are good for scripting and automation. We should make the CLI support both of them.

context-aware chassis command

If in a non vagrant folder:

[x] Create a new Chassis project
[x] Manage extensions (Global)
[ ] Manage Chassis projects (#9)
[x] View log
[x] Exit

If in a vagrant folder:

[x] (Show the status of current VM)
[x] Turn on/ Turn off
[x] Restart
[ ] Update Chassis (#4)
[x] Manage Extension (#5)
[x] Destroy
[x] Change PHP version
