Systematic crash in Maya 2012 #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new scene
2. Load the plugin
3. Unload the plugin
4. Close Maya, it will crash each time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Maya 2012 x64 on Windows 7 x64.
I didn't test it in any other version of Maya.

Close Maya or just create a new scene.
