Release 1.10.2 has only Source code files #858

Hi, @takahi-i ! I'd like to use latest Redpen, but unlike other releases, there are only Source code files in Release 1.10.2. Why not there?

@bfontaine I uploaded the zipped file as the previous release. https://github.com/redpen-cc/redpen/releases/tag/redpen-1.10.3. Hopefully this works for you.
