Where do I receive a pairing code? #68

Everything seems to be connecting okay, except I can't figure out where to find the pairing code. The Joydance browser page's pairing code is blank when I start it up.

The tutorial says it appears in the JD game but that doesn't seem to happen (I'm using Dreyn's modded 2024 version but running on 2017). Is the pairing code supposed to automatically appear in the Joydance command prompt?

Hi! I'm unfamiliar with Just Dance mods, but you don't need a pairing code to connect to 2016-2019 and you do need one for 2020-2022, unless you use the Fast pairing method (which you should if using 2020-2022). If you're using a mod of 2017, then no pairing code should be required as they had not yet been implemented by Just Dance at that point. The pairing code field should be greyed out or missing if you set the pairing method to Old, which is what 2017 uses. Does that help? If that doesn't work then try Fast, otherwise let me know and I'll do my best to help you out further.
