Seems to be documentation of sorts, but with random content interspersed, e.g.

In my spare time I love playing FPS games – killing virtual people is a great way to get your head clear of work.

Sometimes there are helpful papers. For lattice generation e.g. Generalizing Word Lattice Translation . It is not about how to use this program, but explains general questions.
