Description

This merges the current upstream armbian build so that this repo can be used with WSL2.

@Drachenkaetzchen Let me rebase my changes over armian/master and test result image. Last time I had an issue with UART port.

Please have a look at 0.1.10_23.05.0-trunk release from mks/0.1.10_23.05.0-trunk branch (includes fresh changes from Armbian main).
