Input device handling in console #7

Console should have configurable output and input devices. Input device could be for example built-in keyboard.

The necessary dependencies of MFP and ACIA are sort-of implemented now. The next step should be implementing IKBD protocol and designing some layer for generic keyboard support.

IKBD implemented as of 6a40bc704890b2faa6d1bddc610742869b732f08. Next some keymap support should be added...
