Fix use of buildstat files #5

your SVN doesn't use the buildstat files
thus making everything look uber gay when playing as a builder
attached patch to add it its straight from trem svn.

hopefully if i get it the way i like ill be seeing if tremwars will host it
as an optional package with a few minor modifications by me :)
