Link remote to sound control #1

Remotes need to be linkable to a particular sound control that controls the
sound level for that remote's media device. Like:

<remote sndctl="Line"/>

Also have a app-global keybinding for adjusting the sound that uses the current
remotes linked sound control. If that remote is a sound remote itself, then use 
the
currently selected sound control widget. If none are selected then do nothing I 
guess.
