On a Nexus 4 with stock Android 4.2.2. No LED notifications are shown (Xabber 0.9.29a).

Same on a Galaxy S4 with stock 4.4.2: no led notifications (xabber 0.9.30f)

Same on Jolla with Sailfish OS 2.0.0.10 with Android support. (Xabber Dev 1.0.74)
